- Every requirement from the ad, marked as shown or missing, with the line from your CV that proves it.
- One click to add a skill you really have, and a summary rewritten for the job.
- Then a cover letter for the same job, from the same details.
Why it matters in the UAE
Many employers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi screen applications with software before anyone reads them, and recruiters skim for the words in their own ad. A CV that says “Excel” when the ad asks for “Advanced Excel (pivot tables)”, or leaves out a licence the job requires, often never reaches a person.
How the score works
The job ad is split into its requirements: skills, tools, qualifications, licences, languages and experience. Must-haves count three times as much as nice-to-haves. Your score is the share your CV clearly shows. It is a guide to what to fix, not a promise of an interview.
How to use it
Upload your CV or build one, go through the steps, and on the last step paste the job ad into “Apply for a specific job”. You can also press Job match in the editor bar at any time. Add only what is true: recruiters check, and the interview will too.
Questions
How is the match score calculated?
The job ad is split into its requirements. Must-have requirements count three times as much as nice-to-haves, and the score is the share your CV clearly shows. The same CV and ad always get the same score.
Will it add skills I do not have?
No. Missing requirements are listed, and you choose which to add with an “I have this” button. Only add what is true.
Is it free?
Yes. The match check, the tailored summary and the cover letter are free, with no account needed.
